Our 2026 Annual Conference, Collaborating for Impact, will bring together invited funders, community and social-economy organisations, public institutions, investors, businesses and other partners with a stake in the West Midlands and its future.

The conference will explore what becomes possible when we work with one another, rather than simply alongside one another, and how different forms of power, investment, expertise and relationships can be brought together around the issues that matter most to communities.

We believe lasting change is possible when organisations share intelligence, knowledge and resources, and find better ways to align funding and social investment, public spending, commissioning and local coordinating infrastructure and third sector capability.

The day will provide space to explore opportunities for greater collaboration around some of the priorities shaping the West Midlands, including how greater alignment could unlock new approaches to investment and funding, stronger partnerships, new forms of infrastructure and opportunities to work more closely towards shared outcomes.

We will also be joined by Richard Parker, Mayor of the West Midlands.
